RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 3 hard boiled eggs
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/2 teasppon grated horseradish
- 1 tablespoon almond flakes, roasted
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter to fry in
Directions:
- With slit the hard boiled eggs in halves, lenghtwise.
- Carefully scoop out the egg yolks and whites into a bowl. Leave shells aside.
- Egg whites and yolks put into bowl. Mash them with a fork, add 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, pinch of salt and peper, mix everything. Using a teaspoon carefully stuff egg shells with this mixture.
- Warm up a skillet , add spoon of butter and fry eggs upside down, until golden brown and crunchy.
- Sprinkle with almond flakes, garnish with fresh herbs and serve with fresh bread.
