RECIPE (4 cups)
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (ricotta)
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup biscuits crumbs (i used belvita)
- 8 fresh strawberries (or blueberries, or raspberries, or blackberries)
Directions:
- To make the ricotta cheesecake mixture, place cream cheese, honey and lemon juice into a mixer and beat until smooth., until smooth. Add whipped cream, and mix together.
- To serve, spoon some of the crumbs into the bottom of a glass, top with a spoon of ricotta cheesecake mixture and sprinkle with more crumb mixture. Repeat another layer of ricotta cheesecake and the crumbess. Garnish with fruit.
