RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cups honeydew melon balls, about half a honeydew
Directions:
- In a bowl, combine chopped fresh mint, orange and lemon juice and honey, mix.
- In a another bowl, place melon balls.
- Pour mint mixture over fruit and gently toss.
