RECIPE
Crust:
Ingredients:
- 150 g butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- pinch of salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- In a large bowl, combine crust ingredients on low to medium speed just until mixture is evenly mixed and moist.
- Dump into an 8 x 8 inch baking pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
- Press mixture onto bottom of pan in an even layer. Prick with a fork.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Filling:
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Directions:
- Beat the whites with sugar, add yolks and mix on medium speed.
- Add Nutella and flour and mix until smooth.
- When crust is done, pour mixture evenly over crust and bake for 25-30 minutes or until middle is puffed and just set.
- Cool before cutting into bars.
- Serve with fruits.
