RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 1/4 of a watermelon cut up into reasonable sized cubes, seeds removed
- 1 English cucumber, diced
- 100-150 gr of crumbled feta cheese
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- fresh mint
Directions:
- Arrange all the ingredients on a plate and whisk the olive oil and lemon juice.
- Garnish with the mint and serve.
