RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 800 g of potatoes
- 1/2 large tablespoons of dried mixed herbs
- 1/2 the large tablespoons or paprika
- 1 large tablespoons of olive oil
Directions:
- Heat the oven to 450°. Coat a baking sheet with a tablespoon of olive oil.
- Cut the potatoes into 1/2-inch-thick wedges.
- Mix herbs powder, papper and salt. Sprinkle over potatoes.
- Bake in the center of the oven until golden brown (30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown), flipping after 10 minutes.
