RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 1 baguette, cut into slices
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup cheddar or gouda cheese
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- salt and pepper
Directions:
- Prehat oven to 180 C.
- Melt butter in pan, add grated cheese and spice a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Stir to combine.
- Place the sliced baguette on a baking sheet and spoon on the cheese, coating the toast in the middle and broil on bubbly and browned.
