RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 1,5 cup flour
- 130 g butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup sugar powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla ekstract
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together, until well blended and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thick on a floured surface and cut out with cookie cutters.
- Bake until just barely brown around the edges, which is 8 to 15 minutes depending on your oven and baking sheet.
ICING
- 30 ml water
- 130 g confectioners sugar
- lemon juice
- Beat all ingredients until icing forms peaks.
