RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 1-2 bag OREO cookies
- 250 g cream cheese
- 3/4 cup confectioners sugar
- 250 g whipped cream
Directions:
- Press cookies onto bottom of pan. Set 1/2 bag aside for topping.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar with mixer until well blended. Gently stir in whipped cream and chopped cookies.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
- Decorate with whipped cream and cookies.
