RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 100g spaghetti
- 400g strawberries
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese, crumbled
Directions:
- Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain pasta.
- Mix 250g strawberries with honey, balsamic vinegar until smooth.
- Slice the rest of the strawberry into heart shapes.
- Place Pasta on a plate, pour strawberry sauce.
- Add crumbled ricotta cheese and sliced strawberries.
- Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
- Serve immediately.
