RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 250 g creamy cheese (ricotta)
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoon flour
- 2-3 apples, peeled, cored and coarsely grated
- sugar for taste
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 100 ml oil for frying
Directions:
- In a blender, mix eggs until creamy. Add the cheese and apple and blend into a smooth batter. Next add the
flour, salt and sugar and blend into a smooth again. - Heat oil to come halfway up the sides of a large skillet. Portion out batter into skillet and fry until golden brown on both sides. Serve dusted with confectioners’ sugar.
