RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 pizza crust
- 50g shredded goat cheese
- 1 pear, thinly sliced
- 5 slices prosciutto, cut into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 1 1/2 cups arugula leaves
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 250°C.
- Place pizza crust on a baking sheet. Top evenly with pear, sprinkle with cheese. Add prosciutto. Sprinkle with olive oil.
- Bake at 250°C for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle with nuts.
- Top pizza evenly with arugula.
- Cut pizza into 6 wedges.
