RECIPE
Ingrediets:
- 2 large slices of bread, toasted
- 4-6 little mushrooms, roughly chopped
- 3 tablespoon water
- 1/2 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
- shaved parmesan
- chopped parsley
- salt + black pepper
Directions:
- Heat a pan and grill the bread until toasted and charred, about 2 minutes.
- Next, heat the oil and add mushrooms and 3 tablespoon water. Stir fry on a medium heat for 3-4 minutes, or until browned. For the last minute of cooking, add garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper then serve the mushrooms poured over the toast.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and parmezan cheese.
