RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teasppons milk or cream
- salt
- pepper
Directions:
- Pre-heat the oven to 200 C.
- Rub the insides of the ramekins with spoonful of cream and crack one egg into each ramekin.
- Sprinkle each egg with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Bake 15-20 minutes until the whites are set.
- Remove the ramekins with oven and eat immediately with toast for dipping.
