RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 1,5 cup flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1,5 teaspoons baking powder
- pinch of table salt
- 100 g butter
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- 40g chocolate, crushed
Directions:
- Heat oven to 180°C.
- Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in bowl. Add butter, milk, egg, vanilla and beat at medium speed until smooth. Next add chocolate and mix well.
- Divide batter evenly among cups of prepared tin. Bake until cupcake tops are pale gold and toothpick or skewer inserted into center comes out clean, 15-20 minutes. Remove the cupcakes from tin and transfer to wire rack.
- Cool cupcakes to room temperature before frosting.
- Sprinkles with sugar.
