Ingredients:

- 2 cup flour
- 3/4-1 cup sugar
- vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 60 g walnuts, chopped, and divided
wet ingredients:
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 100 g melted butter
other:
- chocolate and apricot whipped cream
- 40 g walnuts, chopped, and divided
Directions:
- Mix dry and wet ingredients separately, then stir just until combined.
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake papers , fill each cup 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center of one of the cupcakes comes out clean.
- Decorate with cream and walnuts.
