RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 1 salmon filets
- 4-6 slices pineapple
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 dash sea salt
- 1 dash red pepper flakes pepper
- extra virgin olive oil
- fresh thyme
Directions:

Prepare grill for medium heat. Mix cayene, salt, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl to combine; set spice mixture aside.

Beginning and ending with salmon, thread salmon and folded pineapple slices onto pairs of parallel skewers to make 4-6 kebabs total.

Brush with olive oil and season with reserved spice mixture.

Grill, turning occasionally, until fish is opaque throughout, 5–8 minutes.
