An easy-to-make dessert, this strawberry crumble will look great on the table. And it only takes 20 minutes to make.
RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 400 g strawberries
- 1/4 cup caster sugar
- 1/4 g plain flour
- 3 tablespoons butter
- pinch of salt
Directions:
- Turn on the oven to 180-200°C
- Cut up strawberries and place into a shallow ovenproof dish.
- Place the flour into a large bowl and cut up the butter into it. Rub together, mix in the sugar andsalt to form a crumble topping. Evenly spread the crumble over the strawberries.
- Place on the oven and cook until crumble is lightly brown and the fruit is beginning to bubble round the sides (20-25 minutes).
- Serve hot with cream or ice cream or cold with creme fraiche.
