RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 600g cauliflower, trimmed, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika powder
- pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven 220°C. Heat olive in a large, flameproof baking dish over medium heat. Add cauliflower. Cook, turning, for 5 minutes or until browned.
- Add 1/4 cup cold water and transfer to oven.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Drizzle over cauliflower. Sprinkle with paprika and pepper. Serve.
