I always think that pizza crust is just too heavy and solid…. puff pastry is definitely a good substitue to get a lighter content.
RECIPE
Ingredients:
- puff pastry sheet
- 30g gouda or cheddar cheese
- 1 sliced onion
- chicken breast, cut into stripes, seasoned and fried
- black olives
- topping of your choice
- pepper
- parsley
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 180 C.
- Lay out your puff pastry on a baking tray.
- Spread your favorite ingredients.
- Bake puff pizza for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with some salad on the side – or alone if you prefer.
