Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 125 g flour
- 200 ml milk
- 2 tablespoons confectioners sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons ghee
- pinch of salt
Directions:
- In a large bowl, mix together the milk, egg yolks and sugar. Stir in the flour with baking powder, salt until well blended.
- Whip the whites of eggs to a stiff froth and add to the dough and mix together.
- Heat a crepe pan over medium heat until hot. Coat with ghee. Fry crepes on both sides until gold.
- Fill crepes with your favorite fruit, cream, caramel or even ice cream or cheese to serve.
