RECIPE:
Ingredients:
- 2 carrots
- 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
- sea salt
- papper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- Slice carrots into very thin slices using a mandoline slicer.
- Transfer to the baking sheet and arrange in a single layer and brush tops with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
- Bake for 12 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve immediately.
