RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 1 cup shredded, sweet coconut
- 2 very ripe large banana
- 1 cup whipped cream
- mint leaves
Directions:
- Peel bananas and dip them in whipped cream and roll in the coconut.
- Slice bananas into 1/2 inch slices.
- Just before serving decorate each plate with a few whole mint leaves.
