RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 1-2 whole tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- olives, sliced
- bread, crumbled
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- olive oil, for drizzling
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 220°C
- Slice tomatoes into desired thickness and place on a baking sheet. Top with grated parmesan, sliced olives, crumbled bread, salt and pepper.
- Add a little drizzle of olive oil and bake until tomato slices are tender and cheese is melted, about 10-15 minutes.
