RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of bacon
- 2 slices of bread
- 4 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 180 C. Brush muffin tin with olive oil.
- Cut out circles of bread and place the bread on the bottom of each muffin mold.
- Line muffin pans with bacon so that it circles each mold.
- Break an egg into the center of each mold.
- Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until egg is cooked to the doneness of your liking.
- Serve warm.
