RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 1 avocado, diced
- 2 kiwi fruit, diced
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach
- pinch of Himalayan salt
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
Directions:
- Combine avocado, kiwi fruit in a bowl. Toss with lime juice, salt, and olive oil.
- Pack into 2 ramekins or round glasses.
- Place ramekins face-down over a plate and tap with a knife or spoon to release the mixture. Remove with care.
- Finish with fresh spinach leaves.
