RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 12 mushrooms
- 0,5 onion
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
- 0,5 slice of bread,
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill
Directions:
- Preheat oven to a hot 180°C.
- Remove mushroom stalks from the caps.
- Use a food processor to chop finely. Add bread, onion and cheese. Pulse until it is finely chopped.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Put the mushroom caps on a baking sheet lined with tin foil. Fill the mushroom with the filling.
- Garnish the dill.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
