RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1 drop coconut extract
- 3/4 cup flaked coconut,
- nuts, crashed with chocolate
Directions:
- Stir dry ingredients together. Add rest of ingredients and beat with an electric mixer.
- Use donut maker. Pour batter into preheated doughnut rings. Close lid and cook for 2-3 minutes or until donut are golden and cooked.
- Make a frost: combine the sour cream, confectioners’ sugar and extract until smooth. Frost cupcakes.
- Sprinkle with coconut and nuts with chocolate.
